Okonomiyaki (お好み焼き)

I am not raised in Kansai (Western Japan). So I learned this recipe from my friend from Kansai area. You will be able to make “good” okonomiyaki without any special ingredients. Takoyaki is a Japanese ball-shaped snack. Usually, we use takoyaki makers to make takoyaki, but this recipe shows how to make them without takoyaki makers. It’s much more takoyakish than we think! Homemade Udon Noodles (手打ちうどん)

Just step on udon, with your friend, your kids, and your families! Ingredients  (for 2 servings) 150 g of all-purpose flour 150 g of bread flour 15 g of salt 15g 130 cc of water 6 tablespoons of bread flour (for dusting)  Instruction Dissolve salt in water. Some Japanese people might say my recipe is too simple, but I love my simple gyoza.Although gyoza is originally Chinese cuisine, it’s been developed independently in Japan. Now, gyoza is one of the national cuisines.
