Sweetened Boiled Saury (Sanma no Kanro-ni, さんまの甘露煮)

Thanks to a pressure-cooker, cooking time is saved. Even bones become soft and edible. Bones contain a lot of calcium. Ingredients (3 servings) 3 Pacific sauries (or sardines) Soy sauce: 2 tbsp Cooking sake: 2 tbsp Mirin: 2 tbsp Vinegar: 2 tbsp Sugar: 2 tbsp Water: 1 cup Garlic: 2 thumbs (sliced) Instructions Put all seasonings and garlic in a pressure-cooker.
